Terms of Service

QuoteLock is a tool for creating, sending and following up on quotes. It is not a CRM, accounting, or job management system.

QuoteLock does not process or hold customer deposit funds. Deposit links you add point to your own payment provider (Stripe, SumUp, Revolut, bank transfer, etc.).

QuoteLock does not guarantee quote acceptance or payment. Outcomes depend on your customers and your business.

Free trial: all paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription begins automatically.

Billing: subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time from Billing Settings. Annual billing includes 2 months free. Usage limits apply per plan.

Cancellations & refunds: you can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of your current billing period. Because QuoteLock is a digital subscription service, payments already taken for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@quote-lock.com and we'll put it right.

Businesses are responsible for choosing the correct tax settings for their location.

By using QuoteLock you agree to use it lawfully and to send only transactional quote communications relating to genuine enquiries.
