Privacy Policy

QuoteLock helps service businesses manage and follow up on quotes. We collect the information you provide (business details, customer details you add, and quote content) to deliver the service.

We do not sell your data. Customer quote pages are accessible only via a unique, unguessable link. We never expose private quote data in public URLs.

Calculator leads (business type, quote figures and email) are stored to provide your report and may be used to contact you about QuoteLock.

Cookies & analytics: we use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and privacy-friendly product analytics to understand how the app is used and improve it. You can manage analytics from the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

Account activity: to improve the service and provide support, QuoteLock records product-usage activity tied to your account — such as quote creation, login activity, key setup actions and subscription status. We only track the product events needed to understand how the service is used; we do not track unnecessary or sensitive personal information.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.

You can request deletion of your quotes and customers at any time from within the app. To delete your account entirely, contact us at support@quote-lock.com.
